I created a ticket. When can I expect an answer?
Most tickets are answered within 24 hours. However, depending on our staff availability and workload, we may not be able to get back to you immediately. Please remember, we are a small staff, and we try to answer every request as quickly as possible. We always appreciate your patience!
Can I use email to reply to a ticket?
Yes, our helpdesk is able to receive answers to your tickets via email. Whether you are using Outlook, Gmail or any other email client, our helpdesk will be able to handle it.
I did not find my answer in the knowledge base. What should I do?
Did you try to search using different search terms?If yes, then please submit a ticket here, email help@salem.edu, or call 336.917.5511. A Technology Services staff member will contact you to provide additional assistance.Thank you! Technology Services
